Guilt-Free Ice Cream!! 

Sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and drama-free!

BLUEBERRY, BANANA AND COCONUT ICE CREAM


Directions:
Add all ingredients into a food processor: 2 frozen bananas; 1 cup frozen blueberries; 2 tsp vanilla; 1 can coconut milk and puree.  Add more coconut milk if needed.  Place in bowl and freeze for three hours stirring occasionally.  Optional add 1/4 cup grated coconut.   Garnish with blueberries and bananas!  And enjoy without guilt!!!
